ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING METHODOLOGY
CAD DRAWING SUBMISSION & REVIEW
We receive your digital files in vector formats (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, dimensioned PDF). Our engineering department evaluates geometry, material thickness, bend radii, and required tolerances.

20KW LASER CUTTING & CNC FORMING
We load the metal sheet onto our 4000x2000 mm dual shuttle tables. The 20kW fiber laser source executes the program assisted by nitrogen or oxygen depending on the metal.
